Has anyone had any problem with sanding to deep over a tube and not being able to get the divot out? I got a little too aggresive on sanding the primer, and created a, what I'd call a trench along the length of the tube, and haven't been able to either fill it with primer, nor get it sanded out. I'm wondering if there's a way to get it out. I tried masking both sides of the problem and re-spraying and then sanding the masked area, but that didn't work. Any ideas out there?

For something like that I would have done the same by covering the surrounding areas with tape. Reshoot sand, reshoot sand and one more time. It should fill in. I would not use filler. You will have to hit it enough so that you can sand DOWN to the outside areas covered.
Sorry I can not be more help.
