How's everyone handling the lower wing surface, where it appears the lower aileron pulley edge protrudes beyond the fabric siurface by 1/2" or so, in order for it to line up with the cable hole on the lower (longer) aileron bellcrank?
The upper one stays neatly inside the fabric, so only a hole in the fabric is required there.
Thanks in advance. |

| Yeah, that's normal. Both the aileron and flap pulleys stick out past the bottom of the fabric. You will later attach a plate around the hole to glue the fabric to. |

Dave,
I saw this on the Cornell Highlander at Oshkosh - am planning to copy. The part is from Wag Aero - though could be made if you are a fiberglass wizard.

| Just what's needed! I went to Wag Aero online, but no joy. Do you know what the product is called? |

| Dave, here is the catolog #'s for the Wag Aero pulley covers: Std size: M-147-000 , and Small size: M-148-000. Order a catalog from them, it's much easier to find stuff then their website. |

I really like that clean look much better. Will be looking in to getting my friend to possibly make some up.
