We tied the tail to a tree after the breakin period and installed the prop. Opening the throttle translated into virtually instantaneous (startling!) thrust due to low inertia of the metal edged, composite prop. Boosted to 150-160 hp, thrust is estimated >500#.

Then we emptied all the oil and rad fluid for the second time, took these PIX, and are now riveting down the windshield and boot cowl for sustained run-ups this week.

Today we repitched the medium weight, 3 bladed Warpdrive from 12.5 degrees (which showed nothing on the boost guage) to 15* which showed 0 boost on the guage so we repitched again to 18* and at near full throttle it showed about 3 pounds of boost and awesome amounts of thrust. We're gonna wire in a cheap tach for awhile as the Enigma is not fully functional yet, and to finally cross check the Enigma's tach.

The remote cooling bank under the seats, between the main gear is working fine.

We are now replacing the Warpdrive with a medium weight Ivoprop onto the Suzuki Swift engine today, which is much faster to change the pitch for our turbo boost testing. Don't know which prop will end up flying.
