While pre-fitting my doors I noticed my Pilot side door to window does not fit properly. The part where both door and window bend to go around my left elbow do not bend at the same point. I'm attaching a shot. Did you guys experience this also. I noticed the left door also does not sit flush with the outside (out about an inch) unlike the passenger side which is perfect. It may be the jig at the factory or just poor welder alignment, not sure which. Anybody else? I tried bending it but it is too stiff and I don't have the proper bender to do the job. Wondering if I should call the factory to see what they can do??

The door to frame and window to door HAS to fit perfect. This is the only way the lexan will fit correctly. Mine both fit properly. Recheck how the hinges with pins fit at the top. Could be that is what is out of line. Either way I would call JA and ask Troy.
