I've seen double sided tape holding the plates on, not my preferred method. I actually glued a aluminum plate to the inside of the fabric below the tail lift handle which I'll use to screw my data plate to.

I just took a thin piece of aluminum and used four rivits and installed it on the rear tail of the fuselage where I could get to it from the access panel underneath.
Worked cherry... :lol: |
