| Lets face it ISNT any fun when you purchase a Kit Plane for $21,000.00 and the factory goes out of business half way throught the PPOJECT! |

Don't get upset, if you are missing parts, they will get them to you. I think growing pains is more like it. They are getting better. I had a hair pulling moment as well. They did get me all the parts. I didn't need all of them at that time anyway.
They are trying to improve and I think they are.

| I was talking about when I bought my Avid Magnum kit the factory went out of business half way through the project. Same thing happened with Kitfox, both companies left alot of people holding the bag for several thousand dollars. Do want that to happen to me again or anybody else. That why I am asking questions, I do not want to get burned again. |

I know what you mean and it is justified. Any reputable company will hold the majority of your purchase price to them in escrow until products are shipped, or get your dealer to hold the bag by giving him a small percentage down and the rest upon delivery. If these or similar arrangements can't be agreed upon, there most likely is a very high risk of finacial problems with that company. |
