I have a home-made fuselage rotator available for anyone who is in this stage. I welded it up to fit the top engine mounts and the nose wheel mount (?) at center bottom - not pretty but it does the job. It bolts to a standard engine stand from the Chinese tool store. I used a piece of 1" round stock and a sawhorse for the tail.
Like I said - not pretty, but it did the job.
