Hi, I am also new to this forum and would like to know if the completeness of the kit and the shipping of parts and backorders
has improved? :?: |

Michael,
If you are considering a kit I would purchase the kit for a distributor who inventories the kit prior to sending them out. One such distributor that I know actually does just that is Cornell Aeroworks (http://www.cornellaeroworks.com/). They've actually built numerous Highlanders so they also understand the Highlander building process.

My last few requests for minor parts have been received within a few days! Big change. |

Wish I could say the same. See the post on customer service doing a 180 degree turnaround.
