Question for those who've been there:

Use the supplied counter-sunk aluminum rivets for the door/window lexan or use large area rivets?

thanks

I used standard head aluminum rivets and drilled the lexan over sized. When you squeeze the rivets they will expand and they will crack the lexan. Ask me how I know.

I used the countersunk rivets ,worked fine. I think the doors create enough drag already.

Alan -

Thank you - thank you - thank you for reminding me about that.  I remember hearing that from Troy, but had forgotten.  How much more did you need to remove?  Like a couple wire sizes (30 -> 28)?

Yep, I remember that too     That is why I have the piece of metal that looks like I meant it to be there with Escapade on it.
Learned after that.  Actually, I just stepped up one drill bit size and it worked out great.  It was just around the air vents that I put in that were tricky.  See pic

Spencer Aricraft has the flush 1/8" rivet. I don't have a part number but just ask for the lenght you want and you can gave them the next day.
