I see that some of the more recent kits have aluminum floor boards. check out the fish scaling done by a Kolb builder. Go to the forum for Kolb aircraft and look at the pictures under the fish scaling thread. Just a thought.

| Mine will be covered with closed cell foam anyway, with open cell foam and washable covers on top of that. |
