Byers Built Engines in Milton, PA can rebuild a good core of a Corvair Engine and make it reliable for flight. We add the fifth bearing, nitrate the crank for strength and endurance and make sure the engine is sealed properly. We install forged pistons and ARP rod bolts, too.
