Reclining Just Highlander seat

Does anyone know how to make a new back rest that will recines 30 to 40 degrees,hold its possition and then raise the seat back when a trigger is pulled. Frank,  flsearay@msn.com    thanks

I don't know how, without a lot of work and weight, that's why I went to my fully articulating seat solution posted on the other thread.
