Buy-back of fractions is guaranteed and fractional owners may also use their equity in the aircraft for in-house financing of FAA certified flight instruction in this aircraft and other aircraft upon approval.

Limited fractional ownership is available in a brand new EXPERIMENTAL, STOL Amphibion that is on the verge of flying. It is land based in North Seattle and on Lake Washington but can easily be relocated within a reasonable radius.

No expense has been spared to make it a state-of-the-art aircraft and exceptionally comfortable, versatile, and capable of routinely landing safely on land, sea, snow and ice. Color, Stratomaster ENIGMA* glass cockpit is backed up by steam guages. It is a modified 2+1 seat, turbo-intercooled  HIGHLANDER* by Just Aircraft LLC on highly proven Full Lotus floats* (a long standing Canadian float manufacturer). It is "over-floated" with additional floatation for extra safety and high performance on rough seas, think of airbags fully deployed at all times, particularly in an emergency off field landing.

It is of classic tube and fabric construction that is both strong and light, utilizing the most modern materials and construction techniques, fully inspected and approved by a veteran A&P mechanic of over 20 years experience, who will also be flying the aircraft. The custom, electrohydraulically retractable amphibious gear actuates by push-button and includes approximately 22" oversized tundra tires on the main gears for off field landing sites and rocky beach taxiing/landing. Likewise, the nose wheels are larger than many of GA aircraft's typical main wheels.

It is bright and glossy Ag Cat Yellow with Tiger Orange wingtip VGs and mid-ship's visibility band and turtle hatch. Outboard motor for trolling installed on rear float spreader bar.

Added to an already proven high lift airfoil, Harrison micro vortex generators on the tail feathers' and wings' leading edges placed at more than twice the typical density per linear foot give extra high lift with extra low stall speeds. Plus bolt on, Mackey SQ2 castoring leading edge slats will further enhance that STOL performance at a later date.

As partial owners, Certified Flight Instruction is permitted to fractional owners, (seaplane, landplane, complex and possibly high performance) which I am authorized to do as an FAA current, approximately 14 year veteran CFII, SEL SES. I have focused both on mountainflying and typical Pac NW flight operations from untowered airports and landing sites to class A and B flight environments.

We're doing detailing in orange on the fuselage right now, and the wings are off again for that, so no PIX for a while, but soon.
