:D I would LOVE to come and visit for a 5 day working vacation. email me more info on your closest airport and I am all in. One of the best things I can tell you about high altitude flying is, you have to stay ahead of the airplane a little more then at sea level. Since your relative speed and airspeed diverge as you get into the thinner air you will need to be more proactive with your control input. Sign me up.....I am looking for a new adventure.

UWE, I was wondering where you had got to. Congratulations on your first flight, a great effort, especially with no previous tailwheel time. Take care, but when you master the tailwheel. (if anyone really does), you will find the experience very rewarding.
