Just Aircraft builders in N. CA?

I'm about 1/3 finished building an Escapade (long, quick build wings) and looking for a mentor/builder assistant.  I'm ready to work on it full time but need advice/directions/assistance for completing controls and fabric coverings.  I'm even willing to pay for professional services.  The plane is in Ukiah but I'm willing to move it, if necessary, to locate a good building site with competent assistance.  Please contact me at erbalest@yahoo.com
