Ahhh! First solo...
Fortunately an uneventful solo. Dry mouth at the end.... and the landings were not pretty . But it is finally done. I can finally say it is mine.
Damn, that thing really jumps off the ground without another soul aboard! :D This is really going to be fun!!

Congrats Kevin,
Your first flight solo is the best! I have a different problem than yours, I can´t land without bumps with two people, when I fly solo it is better! I am thinking on changing the name to my Highlander to "bumplander" (hehehe), but my instructor (Lynn) says this is normal at the beggining. I really hope so. If not I´ll need a chiropractic (Sp???) for my back in the future. :P

There are many things that happen really fast when you are
flying an airplane. There is no sense in rushing any of the others.
I would much rather be looking down at the runway, than up at it.
