Re: Molded Highlander windshields
I just finished another run of 12 clear windshields, 8 have been spoken for already. My next run won't be for a couple of months so if you're needing one soon I've only got 4 available.
Also, I won't be making any more tinted due to the low demand.

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
I'll be making another run of windshields in July, If you'll be needing one I would suggest getting on the list to make sure I get enough material and that you get the $350 price, plus shipping and $30 for the box. Pricing will go up to $375/windshield after the July run.

-let me know if it will be installed on a Highlander or Super STOL, it makes a difference in the bracket I provide.

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
This a great addition to both the Highlander or SS. The factory supplied Lexan is cold formed and will crack. Steve's window is the only way to go. Well worth the investment

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
I've been getting a number of requests to ship my windshields overseas, I'm sorry to say that I have no plans to do that. I've looked into it and overseas rates triple or more the cost of the windshield. The only way to get a windshield overseas is to include it in the shipment of the kit which Just AC will do.
John, thanks for the kind words.

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
Steve,
Well, I am going to find a way to get it! Another question, what about a nicely formed set of door windows? Is there something that is worth doing here? This will have to have comment from those already with things in operation.

Allan,
As far as molded side doors, its definitely doable, the issue is keeping the cost down. I'll probably look into again after I get my current project completed and flying.

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
Just FYI, I have one clear and 3 tinted windshields remaining, my next production run will be in January.
I really want to thank the Highlander community for supporting my little windshield project. What I thought was going to be a couple windshields now then has turned out to actually providing some gas money for flying . I hope someone (hint, hint, Steve Henry ) will pick up the ball that I dropped and put together a Highlander fly-in for the west coast, I still have my Highlander so I'm hoping I'm still invited even though I'm building a cub
Anyway..........Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the BEST BUNCH OF PILOTS ON THE INTERNET!!!

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
Steve, I would be interested in ordering one from your next batch. Any thought of doing something with the doors?
Should I PM you about an order?
Thanks,
Dennis

Re: Molded Highlander windshields
Dennis,
I just saw your post about the door question and even though someone needs to figure out a better door for the Highlanders at this point I'm not the one. I've got some ideas but until I get this Cub done its on the back burner.
