How many gallons of paint

I'm getting ready to order my paint from Stewarts and I was wondering how many gallons you guys used to paint your plane.

I don't have access to the invoice right now but Stewarts gave me a comprehensive quote and are familiar with the highlander. The should be able to get you pretty close.

I concur, I told Stewarts what I was doing and they sold me the correct amount. I painted all of my interior and had to re-re-paint all the fiberglass, so ran short and ordered an additional quart.

One tip I would offer; experiment with the mix ratio with small batches and use them to paint the little parts like the trim tab, spare fabric panels and a stack of inspection covers. When you get the mix right, scale it in X-small, small, medium and large batch recipes and post the numbers in the shop. That way, when you mix a large batch and run out 3/4 way through the final coat, you can look at your list and quickly make a small batch to finish up with.
