Tire Pressure Airstreaks

Post by User GDS »

I've got about 20 hours on the 29" Airstreaks now. I've been using them at 8-9 PSI. Does anybody adjust pressure depending on the mission? Coming home from Copperstate I found some soft riverbeds and sand dunes I want to try and was thinking I might increase pressure to get some more float on the sand.

I run 7 to 8 on pavement and in the dirt. If I go play in the rocks and badger holes I like around 4 lbs. Anywhere from 4 to 8 would be OK in sand.

thanks, I'll just keep using around 8 for most places.

One of my other projects is on the top of mesa, it's mostly flat with cobble size rocks all over and the occasional bowling ball. I'll try 4PSI for that one
