Hello All,

Not sure what builders are using for pulley and servo covers but if anyone is interested in purchasing my moulds PM me.

I have purchased the molds, I will have some carbon fiber left from my flying tail. I intend building 2 sets, once I get the molds. I intend giving Chris Wallen a set to install on my SuperSTOL.

I've noticed most highlanders don't have anything covering the pulleys. Are you seeing a cruise speed increase with these?

I made fairings for the aileron and flap pulleys as well as the top aileron and rudder cables. I doubt the fairings will make a measurable difference in the drag on my Highlander. I think they will help keep the pulleys clean and dry and prevent water from entering through the cable openings in the upper wings and fuselage. And I like the way they look. I made mine from fiberglass using a foam mold. It was pretty easy using the technique in this EAA video.

Has Anyone come up with a file for a 3D printer. I know there was some discussion on it a few months back.
