Covering DONE
Finally, I've glued my last tape. The right wing is covered and taped, ready for paint.
I realized this morning that I started covering in July last year. Now I know what is meant by "half way there, 90% to go....".

Kevin,
Looks like a great job! I really appreciated your series of posts relating to your progress.
Is that an Alpha Systems Angle of Attack (AOA) probe that I see mounted on the bottom of the starboard wing? I was keenly interested in Mark Korin's demo of that system at the Sun-n-Fun this year. Which of his various displays are you using? Please keep us posted here on how well the system works after you're up in the air and have some time on it.

Alpha AOA
Chuck-
Being basically simple (and cheap) I went with the mechanical guage. Electronic things just seem to go out for me. I mounted the guage in the glare shield so I can just see the needle sweep and out of the view out the window. Never flown with one, but others recommended.
Here's a picture of the panel.
