Here's some photos of the original Montana Coyote prototype. It's now with a new owner and will return to flying after inspection.

Here's another recently completed Coyote that's in it's test period. This Coyote has my original Mountain Eagle wings on it. It also has had it's landing gear changed to Grove landing gear doing away with the bungees.

In 1991 I bought my kit. It was about the 4th kit out the door. After years of building and more years of sitting idle I finished the plane. There was always a lot of negative talk about this kit and company but when it was first flown there were no changes or adjustments. It flew great with I think very good manners in the air and on the ground. I have a Lycoming o-360, straight piped exhaust, Catto 84" prop, 29" bushwheels and a matco tailwheel. At 4500 elevation and rough field I am off the ground in 300'. Climb is over 1200' fpm or much more in cold weather. Mostly won't stall, just sinks.

If I can be of any help to any of you that are still building PM me. I am in Salmon, Idaho

Hi Jim,
Thanks for posting the pictures of your completed airplane. There's two other builders that I'd like to get you in touch with as I think you'll be a great help to them. If you don't mind, would you share more of what it's flying qualities are and if there's anything to watch out for?
Thank you,
David
