Piper Channel and Small Tube Roller- Invented

Post by planecrazzzy »

OK... My prototype didn't turn out like my drawing...

But the idea is the same... Three Bearings...

Two outside bearings are stationary... With room on their sides for channel flanges...

The Center bearing is adjustable... it follows the slot cut in the Stainless side panels.

I made it to curve "Piper Channel"... But it works on small tubing also...

I have a Flutting Tool now... But I like this tool because of the Smooth curve it creates.

But sometime , for tighter curves...you'll need to ad flutes to it. (the flange has to go somewhere)

This tool was very easy to make... and instantly worked GREAT !!!

Cool Tool...

PS You could make it out of WOOD !!!!!
