Guys,
I'm getting ready to cover the wings in a bit and was wondering how you took the fabric up around the tank filler hole? Did you just cover it glueing it down then once dry, cut the hole in the fabric? If so, it seems like maybe a flange would be nice to go over it or something so the fabric edge stays clean?? Just thinking ahead without actually trying yet.

ring
What I did was use an inspection ring around the filler hole. I just brought the fabric up to the hole then glued the ring around to the fabric while glueing it to the tank. It all held nicely. Make sure you cover the entire hole along with the outside edge with painters' tape before painting.
