Steve,

Looks like you're pretty handy with aluminum!  What's up with the external window frame verse flush mounted?  I figure you've got some ace up your sleeve.  Looks very professional.  I hope mine turns out as nice.

actually the frame material can be bought from Rans Aircraft, it's just z-bent aluminum which Rans uses to hold down their windshield on the side window supports and on the top over the stationary rib.  I'm going to do the same rather then riveting the lexan to the upper rib.
