Wingroot Fairings

Any opinions on whether the permanently attached side of the wingroot fairing is better on the fuselage or the leading edge of wing with folding capabilities in mind?

If you are talking about the forward wing fairing that gets attached to the windshield/fuselage, there is not other way to install them and they are designed to be install to the windshield/fuse without affecting the folding of the wings.
