Fall pics from Michigan

Post by gkremers »

Thought I would post these pics from a flight last week. It was a beautiful early evening flight. The take off picture was from a strip my friend lives on, that was during the 40 hour fly off. The last one is from my RV7A

Gary,
Can you show a pic or two of the
GP mount?

Great images!

John
There are many things that happen really fast when you are
flying an airplane. There is no sense in rushing any of the others.

I would much rather be looking down at the runway, than up at it.

Dane....LOL...it will fix almost anything

I modified a mount to fit our struts. Blue foam, a couple layers of fiberglass and your all set. I'll get around to filling the weave and painting it this winter when I've got nothing better to do

Simple & effective!

I like it!

My wife got me a Hero 4 Silver for Xmas.

I'll get it mounted as soon as it warms
up a little!

Thanks!

John

I use the GoPro roll bar mount. Even though it's made for round, it fits on the struts and the rubber lining inside the clamp is grippy so it's very secure. Works on the gear legs, too.
