Flying with the Brasstown Boys

Post by Chief »

I just spent a week at Brasstown, NC flying with Vic and Billy Payne. I'm about two weeks from engine start on my Highlander, and I felt I needed some quality conversion to light sport training, and more specifically, to a Highlander. I am serious when I say last week was the best flight training I've had, and I am no kid. Both Vic and Billy are absolutely excellent taildragger CFIs. I left there confident I will have no problem flying the FAA time off my plane. If you are new to taildraggers or new to either Highlander or SuperSTOH, I recommend them highly.
