1st Solo in the Super STOL today!

Post by ja30driver »

After about 12 hours of flying over the last month... I got my tailwheel endorsement and the green light from my instructor to take her up on my own! What an awesome experience learning to fly this very capable airplane! A ton more fun than anything else I've ever flown.... The adventures shall begin!

Congratulation, now for some fun. Get ready in the next 100 hours you will be patting yourself on the back for a great landing, and the very next one out you will think you forgot how to land. Nice Plane. How do you power the ejection seat :D ?

LOL.... Nice graphic I thought on the "Ejection Seat" part of the paint scheme... lots of bullet hole graphics on the plane too! A nice touch by Jim Pekola/Steve Henry on the build! Everyone comments on that!!!

Very nice!

I love the paint scheme.

Wear it out!

There are many things that happen really fast when you are
flying an airplane. There is no sense in rushing any of the others.

I would much rather be looking down at the runway, than up at it.
