If its not too far out of the way, stop at KPNT. Lunch is on me Wayne. Or dads grass strip is 13 straight west of KPNT. 1400' x 75' 18/36. Let me know.

Safe travels.

Thanks for the invitation for lunch but we already have reservations for the night at LVLA. If weather stops us short I will email you and head a little north.

Vandalia is a very nice little airport. I was just in into there last fall. Careful in the courtesy car, brakes aren't the best ;)

You will likely need to stop for fuel in the High River Area, Cen4. Let me know I can meet you and get you in to town for food if the timing works.

Just wanted to say Safe Travels Wayne!

It was good to see you again last year at the Just Plane Fun fly-in.

Thank you for graciously letting me stop by and see N617KM during the build process. Awesome to hear that you're taking her up to Alaska. Thanks also for the ride in your Sportsman 2+2. I've finally begun ground school and should begin flight training later this summer.

All the best!

Wayne, Sounds like a great adventure. Fly safe, keep us informed, take a few photos and please post a few. I’d love to fly to Alaska, but can’t.

We made it into Alaska on the 20th and had good weather all the way and many thanks to Roger for his assistance with a fuel cap. How it got missing is not open for discussion .
