To use a spreadsheet on a phone or tablet, we can import it into a Google Docs spreadsheet. I tried it, and it seems to work fine on my Android, but I haven't embedded anything for others to use. Here's an attempt:

Then you should be able to open them. Click on the three dots on the top right corner and select "Available offline", and they'll be saved on your device.
That's the theory, anyway. I may need to "allow editing" for other users, so please try putting your own information in and see if that's possible. If not, I'll make the necessary changes. I'd sure appreciate feedback on it.
