Push rod to control mixer bellcrank

Post by Dave Krall CFII SEL SES »

It looks like the push rod has to be FLEXED upward under constant pressure, a few inches to make the connection to the contol mixer bellcrank.
This actually looks like no problem but, I'm wondering if it is considered the normal assembly?
Thanks again.

My rods seem to be straight and no tension.  Here is a pic of the center.

Thanks! But I'm talking about the forward end under the cockpit where the long pushrod connects to the control stick mixer bellcrank...

Mine had to be bent slightly upward at that end, then it worked fine.
