Float Rigging looking for good home
I changed the geometry of my float rigging some time ago, and I have the old rigging and mounting blocks available for purchase. The blocks are machined 7075-T6. The strut material is extruded 6061 as provided with zenair floats. You would still need to purchase all the lower attach fittings which are available from zenair or http://www.full-lotus.com/prices---rigging.html. This set up gives 3deg float angle, Step 2" aft of most aft CG, which was entirely acceptable. You could also vary this slightly if desired. The rear lower fitting is slightly different, but I can provide a drawing if required. I used all the lower fittings in my current setup. Would like to see more Highlanders on floats, so will part with the lot for $300 plus freight.
