Re: Tacked Picture and Video Thread
Mike took this awesome pic of the view through all the “glass”.
Extreme Windshield
Clear kick pannels
And clear floor boards
If you are gonna fly around with your nose in the air you gotta be able to see!

Re: Tacked Picture and Video Thread
Put the Hoonicorn into my 400’ one way strip that we cut in. Was a tad heavy, and tailwind made for a very diffucult spot landing.
This is what I built this plane for.
Pretty awesome to make it happen.
It was really too rough to land on, got some work to do, but it went in and out ok.

Re: Tacked Picture and Video Thread
Went to the beach, wind got under the right wing and sent me down the beach on one wheel, full power takeoff waterskipping the saltwater, it was close.
Thank God for Slats and spoilers.
Lesson for the day - when flying short takeoff plane treat EVERY beach landing like its a X-wind landing.
Half flaps or less, and land faster.
Fun was had
Super Cub guys were shocked at the length of the water assisted takeoff. Hahaha it was short.
