Installing the aluminum angle pieces, there is a 0.18” gap between the bottom of the aluminum angle and the horizontal of airframe due to both ends of the aluminum angle riding up on the diagonal fuselodge pipes, I will notch out the aluminum angle so that it sits down flat onto the fuselodge horizontal pipe.

Making holes here for the nutplates that will hold the top of windshield down.

I came up with an idea for drilling the holes for the floating nut plates, I remove the nut by folding two of the tabs up on nut plate and remove the nut. I then Center the nutplate and use a spring loaded Center punch to mark one of the side holes then drill and then cleco the nutplate on one side, then repeat for the other side then with two clecos in I then drill the Center hole to almost the same size as the Center hole in nut plate(I drill my hole in Lexan that size too for maximum adjustment.

Holes drilled/deburred/dimpled for the floating nut plates that will secure the top of the Extreme Windshield. I only installed 4 nutplates for now because I will remove those 4 when I get the brackets painted...just wanted some secure points for fitting the windshield top edge for now.
