On flying and old Twinstar I encountered aileron flutter at around 75 mph
Any advice on correcting it ?
I found some play in the control system, but not much

Flutter is a Very Bad thing to get .....Glad , it wasn't fatal....
Do you have "Counter Balance Rods" in your ailerons ???
The only time I've heard of a Kolb getting Flutter....Is when it DIDN'T have them...
I re-adjusted mine this Winter....I didn't have flutter....
but the aileron would hang down when I was folding the wings....
You can see the new holes in the picture , about 2 inches longer "arm" now...
and what the Hell , I painted them up with checkers, Hey, it was winter...
I'll see if I can dig up a picture of mine...

I agree with planecrazzzy, checkout the mass counterbalance of the ailerons and insure that they are identical in weight and balance of the control surface.
Taking out any slop in the control rigging would also be a good idea but don't tighten things up so much that there is any chance of binding.
